The College has a ‘Human Resource Development’ Cell that is engaged in enriching the most vital resource of the institution: its human capital. The College believes that an efficient human resource has the singular largest potential to bring about the most magnificent output in the educational sector and hence the HRD Cell of the College works towards keeping its human resource updated and motivated.
The Research cell of Dr. Ambedkar College was constituted with the primary aim to address and moderate the academic research related activities of staff and students and to raise the quality of research at the institutional level. The cell is responsible for the administration of research designed, curate the academic research proposals, educate the faculty and students about various research funding opportunities and oversee the progress of research activities at the institutional level.

Anti-Ragging Cell of the College is constituted to create awareness amongst the students of all faculties that ragging is strictly prohibited, in and beyond campus.
